CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. A $125 fee will be applied to cancellations and rescheduling less than 24 hours to your appointment.

SICK

If you are unwell, please reschedule within 24 hours. This includes runny noses, coughs, infections, etc.
